Supporting the Wales Team in the preparation of a new concept for the restoration and redevelopment of a c1600 farmhouse and buildings in the uplands of the Snowdonia National Park. Also commissioned to undertake an appraisal of car parking viability with a short business plan and provided governance support for a new Community Interest Company to facilitate local engagement and business growth within the Smithills site in Bolton, Greater Manchester.
